Hi my name is Leanne Coxall & I am hoping that you can help me. I had my 2 Gretsch guitars stolen over the weekend from my home in Salisbury North & am totally devastated. I have attached a couple of photos of my pride & joy, my Chris Cheney signature, autographed by the man himself (Chris Cheney #2012) which was taken along with my 1st guitar, an Electromatic hollowbody G5125, black with case (serial number 5063421). The Chris Cheney signature was not only autographed but it was set up by his guitar tech Ant. It was in its matching case and its serial number is JT08074285. As you can imagine I am gutted, the sentimental value both guitars hold is unmeasurable. I would offer a reward but they cleaned me out so it is the kindness of strangers that will get my axe’s back. I thank you very much for anything that you can do to help me & I can be contacted ANYTIME on 0423 162 323. Police Report Number 13/K67667.

Presenting the Skyemaster MK.II, a guitar we built for Skye of Japanese Guy and Fleet Foxes. For the last year and a half it’s been in his collection in an unfinished state, simply put together with the wood left bare. He brought it back a month or so ago for a proper, thin black finish. I think it came out great!

Specs:
-‘63 Fender Jazzmaster neck with TonePros tuners
-‘63 vibrato unit
-Mastery Bridge
-Pickups: two Lollar Jazzmaster pickups, a DeArmond Gold foil in the middle and a Novak Lipstick behind the bridge
-Custom brass roller knobs for the rhythm circuit which controls the BTB lipstick
-500k pots, .033 Orange Drop cap in the lead
-Jaguar control plate for the three forward pickups
-Black-painted trem arm as per Skye’s request

He was happy, and so am I. That finish is freaking THIN, and should wear in quickly and beautifully. Love this job.

I’m not going to come right out and say that I would shoot a nun for this guitar.
